Appointment Reminder

As a value added service, our Online Appointment System will send out the following reminders:

  • Email reminder 4 days before the scheduled appointment date.
  • Email reminder 3 days before the scheduled appointment date.
  • SMS reminder 1 day before the scheduled appointment date.

 

How to use the Appointment Online System?

  • Just select the appropriate sub-menu & follow the on-screen instructions.
  • You should receive an email confirmation of your appointment request immediately.
  • Please check your spam box to make sure you do not miss the emails.

NOTICE:

  1. Please key in the patient's full name and the correct telephone, handphone and email so that the specialist or nurse can contact you.

  2. Indicate if the appointment is made by the patient, patient's relative, referrnig doctor or the clinic staff.

  3. Indicate the name of the referrnig doctor if the referral is made by a doctor.

  4. Input any additional comments you may have about this appointment.

  5. Select the Category of Specialist/Doctor/Dentist and the name of specialist/dentist/doctor you would like to fix an appointment with.

  6. Select the date and time of appointment and complete the booking by clicking on the Submit button.

  7. You will also receive an email confirmation of the appointment from us. Please check your spam box to make sure you do not miss the email.

  8. Once the appointment is booked is your specialist, doctor or nurse will receive a SMS from us and you may expect call from them to confirm the appointment.

  9. Avoid making any appointment (unless it is urgent) after 9pm since the specialist, dentist, doctor or nurse will receive an SMS alert to notify him/her of the appointment.

  10. Print the appointment confirmation sent to you by email and bring it on the day of your appointment.

How do I change my appointment?

To change your appointment simply go back to the screen where you booked your appointment and copy and paste  the CANCELLATION CODE sent to you by email in the "Cancel Field" at the bottom.

Once the earlier appointment has been cancelled, you may proceed to book a new appointment in the normal way.
