We have invested heavily to build this system and it costs us money whenever an SMS is sent out. It costs us money to maintain and support the system.
Specialists, doctors and dentists who use our appointment system enjoy the benefit of having their appointment schedule made online 24x7 for the convenience of their patients.
It costs the specialist time and money when there is a missed appointment whenever a patient fails to turn up for his/her appointment.
As such we have to impose a nominal booking fee whenever an appointment is made online because of the following reasons:

To prevent abuse by people who book appointment online but fail to turn up at the clinic at the scheduled time and date.

To support the operating cost of the appointment system and to pay for the cost of sending SMS to doctors and patients.
You need to print out the email receipt sent by Paypal as proof of payment to claim the rebate at the clinic.
