How to use the Appointment System?

Just select the appropriate sub-menu & follow the on-screen instructions.

You should receive an email confirmation of your appointment request immediately.

Please check your spam box to make sure you do not miss the emails.
NOTICE:

You need to have a Paypal account in order to book appointment online. Create one now at Paypal .

Please key in the patient's full name and the correct telephone, handphone and email so that the specialist or nurse can contact you.

Indicate if the appointment is urgent or non urgent and any additional comments you may have about the appointment.

Select the Category of Specialist and the name of specialist/dentist/doctor you would like to fix an appointment with.

Select the date and time of appointment and complete the booking by clicking on

Your appointment is not confirmed untill the booking fee has been paid through Paypal.

You will also receive an email confirmation of the appointment from us. Please check your spam box to make sure you do not miss the email.

Once the payment is completed your specialist doctor or nurse will receive an SMS from us and will call you to confirm the appointment as soon as he/she is free.

Please note that the nurse or specialist doctor could be busy or unavailable at the time when you book the appointment. Please allow some time for them to call you.

Avoid making any appointment (unless it is urgent) after 9pm since the specialist, dentist, doctor or nurse will receive an SMS alert to notify him/her of the appointment.

Print the appointment confirmation and the Paypal receipt sent to you by email and bring them on the day of your appointment to obtain the rebate of the booking fee.

If you encounter any problems pertaining to your appointment request, you may contact our customer service officer at: Tel: 67745005 during office hour. (Our office hour is 9am to 4.30pm from Monday to Friday with a lunch break from 1pm to 2pm.)

The dates and time slot are made available by the respective clinic and specialist doctor who are listed in the appointment system. We have no control over its accuracy since it depends on them to update their schedules on our system.
By using the online appointment system you agree that MHC Asia Group Pte Ltd and its associated company will not be held liable for any inconvenience, loss or damages that could arise if the doctor or clinic did not call back or honour the appointment made through our system for reasons which are beyond their or our control.
