By clicking on the book and pay button you agree to abide by the terms and conditions of this website and the services we provide.

In particular, please note that there will be no refund of the booking fee if you choose to cancel the appointment later.

The booking fee refund policy does not apply to corporate patients who are entitled to cashless outpatient visits arrangement administered by MHC.
The full Terms & Conditions are as set out below:
1. In these Terms & Conditions:
- “MHC ASIA” refers to MHC Asia Group Pte Ltd;
- “BMC” refers to the web-based online Appointment Booking System devised by MHC ASIA as set out in Clause 3 below;
- “Patient” refers to any person who registers on www.bookmyclinic.com to use BMC;
- “SMS” refers to the text message(s) that are sent/received by mobile phones;
2. These Terms and Conditions are subject to change from time to time by MHC ASIA.
3. BMC works as follows:
- Patients can select from the directory and book online an appointment with any of the listed specialist/dentist/doctor/clinic of their choice, paying MHC ASIA 50% of the non-refundable booking fee of $10.00 per booking
- Patients making any subsequent change or cancellation of appointment will have to do so directly with the specialist/dentist/doctor/clinic.
- BMC will alert the doctor/clinic by SMS of any appointment being made, providing date, time, patient’s name and contact phone number.
- The specialist/doctor/dentist/nurse will try to revert to the patient directly to confirm or change the appointment as soon as he/she is able to do so.
- If an appointment is booked a day or more earlier, BMC will remind the patient by email up to four (4) days in advance of an appointment, and/or by SMS twenty four (24) hours before the date/time of the appointment.
- The specialist/doctor/dentist/clinic will deduct the full bookiing fee of $10.00 from the patient's bill only if he/she presents the email print out of the Paypal receipt for the booknig fee on the day of the appointment.
4. MHC ASIA shall not be liable to the patient for any negligence arising from the patient’s choice being made from the online directory of specialist/doctors/dentists/clinics, or for the performance or non-performance by the chosen specialist/doctor/dentist/clinic.
5. “Whilst MHC ASIA shall endeavour to keep its BMC website accessible at all times, MHC ASIA shall not be liable to the patient if its BMC website shall become inaccessible due to any circumstance that are beyond MHC ASIA’s control. For this reason, any patient using BMC does so entirely at his or her own risk.”
